?钾离子选择性离子通道是生命有机体中普遍存在离子交换通道。在人体中,有超过70基因编码不同的钾离子通道。钾离子通道可分为延迟整流(DR)A型两个类别。延迟整流原来的名字来源于电压门控钾离子通道,主要是由于在神经轴突的延迟激活A通道是低电压激活、快速灭活(瞬态)的钾离子通道。

????钙激活钾离子通道(KCa)?根据生物物理属性和基因的同源性可以分为两类,KCa首先根据它们的单通道电导来分类,主要是指钾离子通过开放通道所表现出来的速度。第一类主要包括低点到和中等电导通道?(分别为SKIKKCNN基因家族)。第二类是高电导通道(称为BKCa或者?maxiK,由slo或者KCNMA1基因编码)

双孔钾离子通道家族(K2P)包含15个成员,根据其结构与功能差异还可以分为6个亚族。所有的家族成员都受一些物理化学因素如PH、氧含量、脂肪、G蛋白偶联受体、机械张力、神经递质和其他内生调节物质,临床上一些物质如挥发性麻醉剂也可作用于该家族成员。?这些通道也被称为泄露通道,主要是因为在生理电压范围内,它们的开放显示出对时间和电压的依赖性较小,这被认为是钾离子电流流出的基础。这种钾离子的流出可以激活休眠的细胞,稳定膜电位,加速神经元的复极化。
